2. All paint, parts and/or materials are subject to manufacturers warranty and/or guarantee.
3. We do not issue refunds. If by some odd chance the mistake is our fault we will correct it.

Custom Paint / Airbrush Guarantee

To help insure your satisfaction of custom work, we offer the following fee based services; computerized models/images, color and some style or technique spray outs and computer aided vinyl cut-outs. We strongly suggest that you take advantage of these cutting edge services. Please note: the more information that you can provide prior to custom work will again insure your satisfaction i.e. measurements, images, color codes, etc. 131 Collision Center will always stand behind its “QUALITY GUARANTEE” above. Specifically, product (i.e. paint, clear, and filler) and workmanship (smooth finishes). If there is a problem that is OUR fault or responsibility, we will fix it at OUR expense. If there is a problem that is YOUR fault or responsibility, we will fix it at YOUR expense. Additionally, we cannot guarantee an accurate match due to the differences in individual color and or style interpretation if matching or creative control is left to the discretion of 131 Collision Center.
